This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks.
Duration: Short-term contract (up to 6 months)
Schedule: Monday – Wed, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Support Specialist to assist in the HR Department.
Responsibilities:
- Scan, file, and organize documents
- Sort incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support other administrative tasks as needed, with no direct customer contact
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry (Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
